Catch up time... again... THE CRUISE!

I'm terrible at staying on top of things. It was hard for a while because we didn't have internet but now that we have moved to Boise we have internet! YAY! So hopefully I can stay on top of things while we are here. Well as I said we are living in Boise Idaho for the summer while Jon sells pest control! It is so nice to be here so close to family! I hang out with my mom pretty much everyday! :) Olivia sure loves all the attention she is getting from her Grandparents and Aunts and Uncles. It is going to be a good summer. Jon has been selling for about three weeks now and it is going very well. He is managing the office here so he has been very busy so we really look forward to evenings and weekends so we can spend time together.
So lets back track a little bit... the last week of march into the first week of april we went on a big family cruise... it was awesome! My grandpa took all of his kids and grandkids on an Eastern Caribbean cruise. It was amazing we had the greatest time. We were gone for about ten days, it was hard being away from Livi but I had such a great time just spending time with my sweet husband and my family. It was the perfect vacation, all of us cousins got to catch up and get to know eachother all over again. It was so great spending time with the people who were my bestest friends growing up. I love you guys!!!! So here are a few pictures from our great adventure!

Here is Jon super excited to enter our cabin on the cruise!

yeah, I'm a dork. I took a picture of our cabin number... it had our names on it! :)

Just a view of one of the pools from the front of the boat. I loved that ship.

Goodbye Ft. Lauderdale

Me, Jon and cousin Chrissy learning what to in case of emergency, we look fantastic in orange!

the girls hanging out at our back of the boat night party! Almost every night after dinner we would all go to the back of the boat and visit and play rook and other games, so much fun!

This picture is VERY blurry but you can kinda see our family party. There were like forty of us and it was just so awesome to all be together!

DAY TWO: PRINCESS CAYS

We had to take these little boats... i can't remember what they were called :) to get to the island, they were actually pretty fun! The water was so gorgeous it looked fake... like blue kool-aid! :)

There's our beautiful ship!

There is nothing like relaxing on the beautiful white sandy beach sippin pina coladas! YUM

Tara and Ben, going for a swim!

Princess Cays was such a beautiful day! We relaxed in the sun, did a little shopping, went kayaking and just had a great time together!

STOP #2: ST. MAARTEN

waiting to get off the ship and start exploring!!!

There were seven other ships stopped here while we were it was crazy busy.

We took a big van to Orient Bay, one of the most beautiful beaches ever! It was gorgeous white sand and incredibly blue ocean. We swam for a while and then we went jet skiing! It was so much fun!

We didn't take as many pictures as I wish we would have, I think that my family has some more I'll post later

STOP #3: St. Thomas

We took a big catamaran out to Turtle Cove where we snorkeled with the sea turtles... they were awesome! They would come up right next to us, so pretty! There was also a lot of beautiful coral reef to look and pretty little fishes you see on finding nemo! :)

Pulling out of the bay... our ship is back there... bye ship!

Some of our snorkel crew

After snorkeling they took us to a beautiful white sand beach island and made us a delicious BBQ lunch! This was our favorite day!

STOP #4: Grand Turk
Here is a view of the ship pulling in to Grand Turk from our balcony

We're getting closer! :)
In Grand Turk they have a fun little shopping area so of course I made Jon shop for a while :) After we shopped we took a speed boat out to an island to do some more snorkeling. There was a lot more coral at this site with more tropical fish. It was beautiful! They then took us on a short hike to some ruins.

Hi Nate!

That's our ship off in the distance!

it was a fun last stop...we had one more day of just traveling back to Ft. Lauderdale that we spent relaxing in the sun, playing cards and of course eating at the buffets. It was such a blast, spending time with family and eachother. Every night on the ship we all got together for dinner and then we met up after dinner to play rook and other card games. It was a week long party with the family... can't think of anything better! :)
